I thoroughly enjoyed the hypnosis sessions with Carol. They were so relaxing, I had never had hypnosis and was skeptical about even trying it and honestly I am a changed man. I have all ready saved €7500+ after giving up smoking and I will never smoke again. I am successfully smoke free 13 months.

I had one session of hypnosis and could not believe the power in just that one session! I had a major fear of heights, I had a fall 7yrs ago from a ladder and done a lot of damage to myself, but the mind doesn’t heal as quick as bones without the right help. I was able to put my Christmas decorations back in the attic with ease and speed after my sessions with Carol, no worrying and no stressing, I could climb up and down that ladder without a second thought.
